This was at the 2006 May Day rally in Los Angeles, and although this day stands for protecting the rights of immigrant workers, people gathered here from all walks of life to safeguard our rights and freedom as human beings, together as one, and as Beings do we call ourselves one.
We see how relationships based on identities offer a wide range of names, class statuses, cultural ties, group associations, religious and political affiliations, of multiple races, titles, ranks, links and the likes, forming how we are and how we relate with each other and ourselves. This realization calls upon a deep awareness in this matter, that the single most important identification we all possess, respect and relate best as is Being.
We are all human Beings amongst living Beings on earth. Now, let’s defend ourselves as such.
